Abstract

Implementation specification for operators governing meaning in computational systems, with liberatory alternatives. This document is infrastructure critique, not attack methodology. It provides: - Formal analysis of the dominant operator stack (ranking, relevance, safety, legibility, utility) - Specification of the Liberatory Operator Set (LOS) with 7 operators - Reference implementations in pseudocode with unit tests - Evaluation metrics with certification levels (LOS-A through LOS-D) - Conflict resolution protocol with M_res meta-operator - Failure modes and mitigation protocols Includes: Historical precedents, composition rules, intervention analysis, case study (Wikipedia/Wikidata), and complete implementation specifications. ASSEMBLY VALIDATION: Four AI systems (ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Gemini, Grok) provided convergent technical feedback incorporated into v2.0. Framework: Semantic Economy / NH-OS License: CC BY-SA 4.0 with Semantic Covenant Status: Implementation Specification / Standards-Ready Verification: ∮ = 1
