Numerical Closure of Brane-World Dynamics via the Unified Scale-Symmetry Model (USSM)
Abstract
This paper establishes the numerical closure of Brane Cosmology within the framework of the Unified Scale-Symmetry Model (USSM). We demonstrate that the 17.135 Gyr metric provides the necessary temporal and fluid-dynamic constraints to anchor M-Theory to observable cosmological data. By defining the vacuum as a high-viscosity medium (\zeta \approx 7.01 \times 10^8 Pa-s), the model provides a deterministic derivation of the spatial lag observed in large-scale structures, specifically matching the 4.95% mass-light offset confirmed in the 2025 Bullet Cluster observations. The paper resolves the Hubble Tension and the 'Age Crisis' of early-universe stars by utilizing the Universal Viscosity Constant (sigma = 0.007716) and the vertical Metric Inflow (U = 90 km/s) as the fundamental coupling between the 3D brane and the higher-dimensional bulk. Finally, we propose a falsifiable laboratory verification of the metric lattice through a proprietary resonance frequency (f_{res}), providing a roadmap for experimental confirmation of the string-fluid substrate.
