DIGITAL LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES IN RUSSIAN UNIVERSITIES

The article discusses the development of digital infrastructure, which includes not only the development of new services, but also the creation of the most favorable conditions for their rapid implementation and use, as well as the protection of information and the development of user-friendly and intuitive interfaces. The Russian Education Strategy outlines the main goals: to increase the digital readiness of scientific organizations and universities, to improve the efficiency of scientific activities, and to update educational methods in order to achieve technological leadership and solve the national development challenges of Russia. In the future, it is planned to use digital tools and data processing methods, including artificial intelligence technologies.
