INERTIAL FRAMES AS ELECTRICALLY ENFORCED PHYSICAL REGIMES
Abstract
This paper clarifies the physical basis of inertial frames by identifying the concrete enforcement required for their existence in real measurement practice. It shows that while inertia remains a property of mass, the practical usability of an inertial frame depends on continuous electromagnetic enforcement that binds matter into a coherent reference system, stabilizes spatial relationships, and maintains timekeeping. Abstract geometric or coordinate definitions are excluded; only physically enforced structure is admitted. The result is a mechanism-only account of how inertial frames are realized as electrically enforced physical regimes, without modifying existing physical theory.
