Universal Galactic Dynamics and Linear Structure Growth from Causal Gravitational Memory
Abstract
We present an empirical assessment of Causal Memory Gravity (CMG) across twoindependent physical regimes: galactic rotation curves and linear cosmologicalstructure growth. Using the SPARC database (171 galaxies), we show that a single global infraredmemory parameter (η ≃ 0.025) improves rotation-curve fits by 57%, reducing χ²/DOFfrom ~40 to ~17 without per-galaxy tuning. We further test the theory in the linear perturbative regime using fσ8(z)measurements, finding growth histories consistent with current data. This upload corresponds to the pre-submission manuscript.
