Abstract

The purpose of this publication is to present a universal system-information mechanism for regulating the level of security of living organisms, operating at all levels of their systemic organization and manifesting itself as a consequence of the quantum-dimensional nature of the material foundation of life. The objective of this work is to explain the general system-information principle that ensures the stability, reproducibility, and adaptability of living systems in their relationships within themselves and with the external environment. It is shown that this principle, according to the systemic anatomy of life, is realized in the form of an asymmetry in the information exchange between the system and the environment, in which a living organism, as a complex system, minimizes centrifugal information flows into the external environment and simultaneously maximizes centripetal information flows aimed at maintaining its own systemic integrity and security. Within the framework of the proposed model, quantum dimensionality is considered a universal foundation of the material, present in all living systems, regardless of their level of systemic organization (LSO). At each phylogenetically subsequent LSO, the basic elements of quantum dimensionality manifest themselves indirectly through the behavior of Newtonian dimensional structures, including the unfolding of stable stereotypical patterns of functioning and pathogenesis. It is shown that the regulation of the systemic security of living beings, which has existential significance for them, is determined by a single systemic-informational law that determines the acquisition, distribution, storage, and use of information depending on the level of its systemic organization. The proposed approach forms the basis of a systemic-informational paradigm that integrates the quantum-dimensional foundation of matter and observable systemic manifestations without reducing one systemic level to another.
