Abstract

Abstract In systems governed by global constraints, not all initializations or entry conditions are admissible. Boundary-admissibility is identified as a necessary invariant distinguishing realizations that can be entered without violating global structure from those that require hidden correction at the boundary. The invariant filters systems prior to dynamics and collapses large search spaces by excluding non-extendable starting states. Invariant Statement A system state is boundary-admissible if and only if it can be entered without violating the declared global constraints or requiring correction not accounted for within the system boundary. Scope This note introduces no construction method or initialization procedure. It states a necessary invariant for admissible entry under global constraints. Any theory addressing system stability or scaling must account for boundary-admissibility.
