Abstract

This preprint proposes a minimalist interpretation of quantum mechanics and cosmology based on a finite, recycled timeless informational substrate containing a highly compressed “seed” description. Time and spacetime emerge continuously as this information is realized locally through correlations and entanglement. Relativistic time dilation, cosmic acceleration, and entropy increase follow naturally from modulated realization rates and decompression. The framework avoids infinities, infinite branching, and doomsday scenarios while aligning with holographic principles and emergent-time approaches in quantum gravity. It generates testable predictions, including evolving dark energy and entropy-gradient scaling of dark matter anomalies—strengthened by recent DESI three-year results (2025) and the Cloud-9 RELHIC discovery (2026).
