Abstract

This work establishes a falsifiable, standards-ready framework for auditing Hall-skyrmion transport by treating edge roughness as an explicit control variable rather than as an informal source of degradation. The approach reframes Hall-skyrmion behavior as a contracted control problem under a fixed geometry, environment, process, and ledger (G-S-P-L) agreement. The central contribution is a factor-table method that maps a roughness proxy to the minimum corridor tolerance required to maintain a declared control target. This converts narrative claims of stability into quantitative, auditable limits. Triad-based scoring prevents single-channel overfitting, explicit leakage accounting exposes pinning, loss, and routing ambiguity, and risk bands with re-audit triggers maintain calibration over time. Two summary plots, score versus roughness and tolerance needed versus roughness, identify bulge onset and corridor inflation at a glance. A token-conflict-driven troubleshooting protocol localizes failure modes without guesswork. Synthetic demonstrations are used only as contract proofs, with a clear replacement path to simulation and laboratory data under identical token rules. The result is a platform-agnostic operational grammar that separates controlled routing windows from bulge behavior and supports reproducible standards development for skyrmion-based logic and transport.
