CP Violation as a Structural Consequence in the HDC Framework
Abstract
https://www.hdc-theory.com This paper addresses a structural gap in the Standard Model: the absence of an explanation for the origin of CP violation and the necessity of three quark generations. While the CKM phase is empirically established, it remains a free parameter without underlying cause. Within the Hierarchical Dimensional Cascade (HDC) framework, CP violation is interpreted as an irreducible orientation phase arising from structured projection once a minimal dimensional rank is exceeded. The work does not modify Standard Model predictions; instead, it provides a structural explanation for why a non-removable CP-violating phase can and must appear. The approach is conceptual, mathematically consistent, and clearly separated from established results, offering a unifying perspective on generation structure, asymmetry, and physical orientation.
