Expanding the Shannon Limit via v OTA Topological Coupling: Toward Post-Electromagnetic Channel Capacity
Abstract
Classical information theory, governed by the Shannon-Hartley theorem, postulates that channel capacity is strictly bounded by bandwidth and thermal noise. In this work, we demonstrate that this limit is a geometric constraint inherent to photonic propagation in non-elastic media. By applying the PR-TAU 5.2.1 protocol, we introduce a Topological Expansion Factor based on the vacuum phase velocity $\vOTA \approx 10^{20}c$. This framework paves the way for ultra-high-density communications where the capacity $C$ is scaled by the resonance recall of the Relational Quantum Network (RQN).
