Closed Observational Relationalism: A Constraint Framework for Observer-Admissible Description
Abstract
Closed Observational Relationalism (COR) is a descriptive-constraint framework for the foundations of physics. COR assumes that observation is primitive, relational, and globally closed, and applies this as a restriction on admissible physical description. The framework does not add new physical entities or predictions; instead it disciplines description under closure. From these constraints, time, space, and causality arise as emergent structural axes of stabilized observation. A mathematical formulation is presented, together with implications for locality and Bell-type reasoning, and a discussion of the proper scope and limits of COR as a meta-framework rather than a physical theory. This work is an instantiation of the Emergence-by-Constraint Method (EBC), DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18224901.
