Level 9 takeaway: COREX-GC v6.4 is a no-tuning, covariant gravity framework that reproduces galaxy dynamics, lensing behavior, and the E_G(z) statistic using a single locked field structure rather than dark matter halos. Level 9 establishes observational closure across galaxies, lensing, and E_G(z); it does not yet claim a microscopic identification of dark matter.
