"The Voynich Manuscript as a Procedural Operating System: A Closed-Loop Control Logic Resolution"
Abstract
This document presents the technical resolution of the Voynich Manuscript (MS 408) through the application of a Closed-Loop Deterministic Finite Automaton (DFA) model. Unlike traditional linguistic approaches, the Monroy Model identifies the manuscript not as a narrative text, but as a medieval biochemical engineering operating manual. The study breaks down the EVA glyph set as an Instruction Set Architecture (ISA), where each symbol corresponds to a physical state: Activation, Loading, Flow, Thermal, and Sink. The validity of the model is demonstrated through the functional decoding of Folio 107r and the explanation of non-linear structures in circular and botanical diagrams. This research transforms MS 408 into an executable procedural software system, marking a milestone in non-linguistic cryptography.
