Instead of clicking Download All, just download the ZIP file named: cbaez1/Fibril-Analysis-for-Cellulose-Technology-FACT--V2.0.4.zip. You will end up with a zip folder. If, when extracting the folder in Windows, you get the message that the path name is too long, change the zip folder name from Fibril-Analysis-for-Cellulose-Technology-FACT--V2.0.4 to just FACT. This should resolve the issue. I added a text file named "delete this file" to all empty folders. This is to force GitHub to track those directories. Empty directories get ignored in GitHub. Once the files are downloaded and extracted, feel free to delete these txt files named "delete this file" (optional).
