Abstract

Building upon the Transient Anisotropic Relaxation (TAR) and Vorticity-Transient Anisotropic Relaxation (VTAR) models (our previous works, arXiv:2601.01234 and arXiv:2601.04567, 2026), we propose Braneworld-Vorticity Anisotropic Relaxation (BVAR) as a comprehensive unification of late-2025 cosmological tensions—including the cosmic dipole, early galaxy maturity, and the CMB ‘Axis of Evil’—within a 5D Randall-Sundrum (RS) braneworld framework. We demonstrate that the relaxation of primordial shear and vorticity is a natural consequence of radion field stabilization during the late-time transition to accelerated expansion. In this model, the observed temporal gradient in expansion anisotropy is sourced by the bulk Weyl tensor’s interaction with the brane, acting as a ‘geometric inheritance’ that maintains directional alignments across Hubble scales. BVAR predicts a distinct signature in gravitational wave propagation: a dipolar anisotropy in GW amplitude damping due to direction-dependent bulk leakage. This framework resolves the ‘persistence problem’ of 4D anisotropic models and provides a mathematically rigorous bridge between high-energy extra-dimensional physics and low-z astrophysical anomalies.
