Supplementary Figures and Table

This dataset comprises the supplementary figures and table accompanying the research article "Co-expression of Zeb1 and Vimentin in CTCs as a Prognostic Biomarker for Postoperative HCC Recurrence." The included files provide essential methodological details and comprehensive raw data supporting the main findings. The Supplementary Figures (in DOCX format) contain three images: Supplementary Figure 1 validates the specificity of Zeb1 and Vimentin detection in spiked-in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cell lines (SMMC-7721, PLC/PRF/5, MHCC-97H, MHCC-97L) using the established multi-color immunofluorescence assay. Supplementary Figures 2 and 3 illustrate the determination of the optimal prognostic cutoff values for Zeb1+/Vimentin+ and Zeb1+/Vimentin- circulating tumor cell (CTC) counts, respectively, using X-tile software. The Supplementary Table (in XLSX format, Sheet1) provides the complete patient-level dataset underlying the phenotypic analysis of CTCs. It details the absolute counts of CTCs for each of the four Zeb1/Vimentin phenotypes (Zeb1+/Vimentin+, Zeb1+/Vimentin-, Zeb1-/Vimentin+, Zeb1-/Vimentin-) for all 75 CTC-positive patients enrolled in the study, along with the corresponding dominant phenotype per patient and the cohort totals. This table is the source for the stratification and statistical analyses presented in the main article.
