The Zolottcev Law of Viscous Resistance: Solving Pioneer and Flyby Anomalies through QC-Medium Dynamics
Abstract
Article № 6 This paper introduces the Zolottcev Law, a fundamental correction to classical motion equations in a viscous Quantum-Crystalline (QC) medium. The research demonstrates that the long-standing Pioneer Anomaly (8.74 x 10^-10 m/s^2) and Earth Flyby anomalies are direct manifestations of the medium's dynamic viscosity (η_qc), matching NASA's observed data with 99.8% precision. Furthermore, the paper describes the 'Hydrogen Wall' at the heliosphere boundary as a zone of primary matter synthesis driven by medium compression. The study provides a purely mechanical explanation for energy dissipation in the space fabric, eliminating the need for dark matter or thermal error corrections in deep-space navigation.
