Explicit Native Complete Physics from the Universal Correlational Lattice
Abstract
Within this work, we introduce a constrained mathematical structure centered on a correlational Laplacian operator, together with explicit admissibility conditions, selection principles, and structural no-go constraints. These ingredients restrict the space of allowed realizations and transform UCL from a descriptive meta-language into a falsifiable physical framework. All physical notions—including scale, dimension, time, causality, geometry, gravity, matter, interactions, and effective dynamics—are shown to emerge operationally from spectral, transport, and coarse-grained properties of the correlational structure.
