rwnsansom/sct_monc: Edits to analysis after peer review process

This release includes all updates to the analysis following major revisions from the Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics peer review process (https://egusphere.copernicus.org/preprints/2025/egusphere-2025-3104/). In particular, the addition of some sensitivity tests for the cumulus threshold, a new plot that summarises the whole PPE and significant improvements to some previous plots.
