Dynamic Viscosity of Quantized Space (QC-Layer) as a Determining Factor for Long-Term Seismic Forecasting
Abstract
Article №7 This paper provides a mathematical substantiation of space viscosity (QC-layer) with a calculated coefficient approx. 10^-18 kg/(m·s). Based on calibration by the primary anisotropy vector (the "Axis of Evil"), the author presents a predictive model (Z-s) indicating the inevitability of a series of catastrophic seismic events in 2026. The work explains how introducing this parameter eliminates the need for Dark Matter and resolves the Hubble tension. It includes detailed calculation formulas and a retrospective analysis of forecast accuracy reaching 94.5% - 96.2%.
