Addendum to Article No. 7: Model 2.0 — Deterministic Seismic Forecasting via Unified Potential Equation
Abstract
This Addendum documents the transition to Model 2.0, expanding upon the "Z-Thickness" resonance theory. By integrating the Galactic Velocity Vector with dynamic vacuum viscosity, the model shifts from statistical probability to deterministic calculation. It presents a refined global forecast for 2026, focusing on events with a magnitude of Mw >= 6.5. This work serves as the technical basis for a global early-warning system based on the Unified Potential Equation.
