Abstract

This dossier constitutes the third element of the PRISMA CP364 sequence and occupies the interpretative level, following the descriptive closure and structural consolidation of the results. Its purpose is not to introduce new data, measurements, metrics, or analytical procedures, nor to modify or revise the results already established in the preceding dossiers.Instead, this dossier explores the interpretative space that emerges once the structural descriptive results of PRISMA CP364 are accepted as consolidated. Interpretation is treated here as a legitimate but distinct scientific step, rigorously separated from observation and methodology. No causal, physical, or theoretical claims are advanced, and no models or explanations of the origin of the observed phenomena are proposed. The dossier is grounded on the following guiding principles: PRISMA results are treated as consolidated descriptive facts; interpretative considerations do not affect the validity of observational results; multiple interpretative frameworks may coexist without hierarchy; interpretative disagreement is expected and scientifically legitimate. Specifically, the dossier: explicitly clarifies what PRISMA results do not assert; defines the interpretative void that follows from a strictly non-causal analysis; delineates classes of interpretations compatible with the observed structures; distinguishes between what is measured by instrumentation and what emerges at the level of temporal–structural organization; specifies conditions of interpretative falsifiability, indicating how future descriptive analyses could strengthen or weaken particular interpretative classes. The interpretations discussed are non-normative:none is presented as necessary, definitive, or privileged, and none is required for accepting the PRISMA CP364 results. This dossier is intentionally non-conclusive.It does not resolve the conceptual questions it raises, nor does it anticipate subsequent theoretical developments. Its function is to provide a disciplined conceptual map, supporting informed scientific discussion without closing it. Within the PRISMA CP364 sequence, the present dossier serves as an interpretative bridge, preserving the integrity of the descriptive foundation while enabling controlled, transparent, and methodologically sound discussion of the results.
