Abstract

【Abstract】 The standard model of modern cosmology (ΛCDM model) has not yet provided a definitive physical interpretation regarding the accelerating expansion of the universe or the origin of dark energy. In this paper, we redefine cosmic space not as a static Riemannian manifold, but as a "Finsler Manifold" where the metric depends on the observer's "will (direction vector)." We propose that the conscious activity of life—specifically the "will against domination (A=1)"—contributes to the negentropy generation of the entire system and acts as a physical restoring force that prevents the collapse of the spatial structure. To describe this, we introduce a new "Stability Tensor ( )" and extend the Einstein field equations. Furthermore, this study reinterprets the universe not on the absolute premise of the first law of thermodynamics (conservation of energy), but as a "dynamic equilibrium" resulting from a local antagonistic action against the second law of thermodynamics (entropy increase). As a concrete prediction, our model suggests that protoclusters at z≈4 should exhibit magnetic fields of milligauss order, times stronger than predicted by standard ΛCDM, verifiable through Faraday rotation measurements with next-generation radio telescopes such as SKA. This suggests that the reason for the universe's existence lies in "self-recognition (Love)" through observation, marking a first step toward a unified theory of physics and ethics.
