Abstract

This paper extends the Length–Mass Reduction (LMR) codex established in Paper I by deriving the minimal structural consequences of admitting a discrete lattice substrate. Proceeding from a limited axiomatic admission of structure, it develops definitions and propositions concerning perturbation, compression, persistence, and propagation without appeal to forces, fields, or dynamics. Compression is treated as a relational departure from the free lattice unit, persistence as the inhibition of redistribution, and propagation as admissible reconfiguration rather than motion driven by interaction. No empirical assumptions, conservation principles, or equations of motion are introduced. Paper II functions as a foundational refinement, establishing the structural primitives required for later correspondence or physical interpretation
