Abstract
This work presents a non-linguistic, procedural token-state model for the Voynich Manuscript, analyzing glyph sequences as operational tokens rather than letters or words. The model defines control, process, modifier, hardware, and kinetic token classes, with ordering constraints and dynamic state variables to explain structural regularities across multiple folios. It provides a formal, reproducible framework for text structure analysis, generative modeling, and computational study of Voynich patterns, without proposing translation or semantic interpretation. token-state analysis; non-linguistic model; text structure; generative system; computational analysis; manuscript patterns; cipher alternatives
