Energetic Persistence Theory – Part II

This second part of Energetic Persistence Theory extends the framework from cosmologyand matter to life, intelligence, and consciousness. While Part I established the physicalsubstrate (Hix field) and gravity, this paper argues that Life is not a distinct ontologicalcategory but a dissipative persistence regime maintained by feedback, replication, and mem-ory. Intelligence emerges as anticipatory control over persistence, while consciousness arisesas recursive self-modeling of energetic stability. The theory unifies biological, cognitive, andphysical phenomena under a single dynamical principle.
