Phase-Flow Coherence v3: Inevitability of Quantum Dynamics from Finite Resolution and Non-Privileged Phase Space
Abstract
This paper establishes the inevitability of quantum dynamics under minimal and non-interpretational premises.Assuming the ontological framework of MOF v2 (finite resolution, irreversible internal projection, and non-privileged phase space),we show that the Born rule and Schrödinger-type dynamics arise as the unique stable internal representation. No ontic wavefunction, psychological probability, or postulated quantum law is assumed.Measurement is treated as irreversible information projection, and the classical limit is understood as internal re-description. This work is positioned as the central inevitability result between MOF v2 and a subsequent paper on the numerical locking of constants.
