Cosmology from Two Axioms 3, Information Potential Difference as a Unified Dynamical Framework: From Self-Referential Attractors to Observable Cosmological Predictions
Abstract
Based on the twofundamental axioms of “Information Conservation” and “Computability”, this paper constructs a self-consistent unified dynamical framework forcosmology and fundamental physics. The core of this framework is the quantizedinformation potential difference (∆µ), which serves as the key order parameter, naturally leading to the structure of “information potential wells” with a fundamental unit (ln2) and their corresponding “self-referential attractors”. Researchshows that classical attractor structures (such as basins, fixed points) in renormalization group (RG) manifolds can be regarded as specific slices or realizations ofthis general framework under constraints of continuous background and scale symmetry. By establishing mapping principles and emergence conditions from abstractinformation dynamics to concrete physical theories, this framework leads to a series of quantitatively testable predictions, including the power-law evolution of thecosmological constant (exponent α = 1.52±0.03), the odd-mode oscillations of theprimordial gravitational wave power spectrum (amplitude ≈ 0.8%), and a specificvalue for the matter–antimatter asymmetry ratio (ηB ≈ 6.1×10−10). These predictions are compatible with current multi-wavelength astronomical observational dataand can be subjected to decisive tests within the next decade by next-generationspace-based gravitational wave detectors (LISA), CMB experiments (CMB-S4),and 21-cm surveys (SKA).
