Bio-Regulated Mind Matrix: A Human Physiology-Inspired Architecture for Resilient and Adaptive Artificial General Intelligence
Abstract
Current artificial intelligence systems remain brittle, vulnerable to noise, adversarial attacks, distribution shifts, and resource constraints—lacking the robust homeostasis and self-healing capabilities of biological organisms. This paper proposes the Bio-Regulated Mind Matrix, a unified bio-inspired architecture for artificial general intelligence (AGI) that maps the human body’s major physiological systems, endocrine bioregulators (hormone analogs), and multi-layered DNA error correction to computational modules. A central BioRegulatorCore orchestrates dynamic balance, stress response, reward-driven learning, and self-optimization, mimicking hypothalamic-pituitary control. Integrated self-evolving layers and multi-layered resilience enable continuous adaptation, fault tolerance, and ethical alignment. This framework addresses core AGI challenges, providing a scalable blueprint for resilient, human-like intelligence.
