Cosmology After Acceleration: Retentive Persistence Under Observational Withdrawal
Abstract
This paper introduces a foundational framework for late-time cosmology in regimes where dynamical acceleration becomes observationally inaccessible. Rather than extending cosmological dynamics or modifying gravity, the work formalizes observational withdrawal as a physical boundary condition and proposes a retentive criterion for assessing cosmological persistence beyond acceleration detectability. The framework establishes a conservative, falsifiable, and model-independent layer of inference, clarifying how cosmological coherence can remain legible under progressive loss of dynamical observability.
