The Twin Prime Lattice: Mechanistic Modular Analysis and Spiral Visualization
Abstract
DOI Description: This work presents a complete mechanistic analysis of twin prime distribution using modular arithmetic, introducing the twin prime lattice framework. For modulus M=210, we construct deterministic residue rails where twin primes survive or are canceled by modular waves, generating exhaustive tables mapping all twin primes ≤1,000,000. Structural amplification factor R(M) = φ(M)/|T| emerges naturally, predicting per-residue twin densities with O(1/log x) accuracy. A polar-coordinate spiral visualization transforms tabular data into interleaved spiral arms, revealing Moire patterns from phase offsets between rails. The method generalizes to prime k-tuples, connects directly to Hardy-Littlewood constants, and provides falsifiable predictions. All data is reproducible via included Python scripts, making the framework a pedagogical tool for computational number theory. Key innovations: (1) deterministic cancellation tables as execution traces of the modular sieve; (2) exact R(M) amplification derived from modular constraints; (3) scalable, verifiable mechanism requiring no statistical assumptions. This constitutes a breakthrough in understanding primes as constraint systems rather than random distributions.
