(A–E) Levels of different cytokines were measured in serum samples over the first 14 days post-infection using either a commercial Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA) kit (IFN-α) or the MILLIPLEX Porcine Cytokine/Chemokine Magnetic Bead Panel (IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-6, IL-12).
