Abstract

This paper examines fundamental structural properties of temporal evolution that underlie the directionality of processes and the stability of developmental regimes. It is shown that the irreversibility of temporal coordination and the accumulation of temporal information lead to the formation of internal constraints on admissible modes of process continuation. These constraints are not reducible to dynamical equations, initial conditions, or external control mechanisms. In contrast to an interpretative level of description, where stable regimes are introduced as convenient conceptual constructs, the present work considers temporal asymmetry as a consequence of the organization of time itself. It is demonstrated that, in the course of evolution, a relation of structural inclusion between past and subsequent temporal configurations inevitably arises. This relation is expressed schematically asT_after ⊃ T_before,and is interpreted not as a postulated law, but as a result of the irreversible accumulation of temporal information and the stabilization of coordinated transitions. The role of temporal attractors is analyzed as a fundamental mechanism through which stable evolutionary constraints are formed without invoking teleological assumptions or external regulation. It is shown that the derived inclusion relation has a universal character, manifests across different scales of organization, and defines the architectural framework for increasing complexity and directional evolution. The paper continues the VTN series, developing the interpretative framework proposed earlier and translating key elements of temporal organization to a fundamental level of analysis. The results obtained may be relevant for further studies of temporal asymmetry in physical and non-physical systems.
