Abstract

QuPyT-GUI for Quantum Sensing Experiments (v1.0.0) is a PyQt6-based graphical interface for running quantum-sensing experiments using the QuPyt framework (e.g., ODMR, XY8 and related pulse-sequence workflows). The GUI replaces repetitive terminal-driven steps with a point-and-click workflow for experiment configuration, YAML generation, pulse-sequence module generation, watcher control, and live/post-run visualization. Key features End-to-end experiment setup and execution for QuPyt workflows (ODMR, XY8, etc.) Generates experiment YAML + pulse-sequence Python modules from editable descriptors “Watcher” launch/control and log streaming to the Live tab Live ODMR plotting, run progress indicators, and results viewing with fits/exports Experiments tab with an editor for YAML descriptors and pulse previewing Includes modified QuPyt source-file replacements required for GUI integration (SequenceDesigner.py, sensors.py, yaml_sequence.py) How to use Clone the repository and place the Version 2 GUI package inside your QuPyt root as instructed in the README. Create/activate a Python environment and install dependencies. Launch the GUI (e.g., python -m GUI.main) and run experiments via the Setup/Live/Results workflow.
