These Guidelines are based on the principles presented in the Universal Design for Learning checklist and are aimed at defining the fundamentals of chatbot accessibility, providing a thorough overview of the guidelines that should be taken into consideration throughout the process of evaluating the accessibility of dialogue systems based on artificial intelligence.
