Abstract

Status. This text is a conceptual manifesto / thought experiment, not a proof and not a claim of empirical confirmation. It is written to be accessible to philosophers, independent thinkers, and non-specialists, while remaining respectful toward established scientific observations. Idea. The Two-Energy Theory (TDE) begins with a radical minimalism: instead of multiplying entities to address anomalies, it asks whether a coherent picture can emerge from a small set of primitives. In this manifesto, reality is framed as a resonant selection mechanism shaped by: the Shadow Field ψc (an ordering background / admissibility matrix), the Light Field ψs (the local arena of states and “things”), a phase landscape δ(x,t) (the map of stability conditions), and a Master Clock Ωc (a disciplined notion of comparability and rhythm). What the manifesto attempts to unify (conceptually). It sketches how, within this minimal vocabulary, familiar puzzles could be reinterpreted: Mass as the cost of maintaining stable resonance (“mass as a verb” rather than a given), Gravity as the macroscopic signature of a non-uniform stability landscape (a phase-geometry interpretation compatible in spirit with relativity), Time and time dilation as differences in state-update rate under varying resonance conditions, Dark matter as partial resonance—gravitationally real yet optically silent, Dark energy / cosmic acceleration as possible slow background drift of the ordering layer, Information as constraints imprinted in admissibility (how stable patterns may condition future stability), and, cautiously and explicitly as speculation, consciousness as a high-order resonance regime in complex living matter. Intent. The author does not claim that this picture is true; the claim is that it is coherent enough to merit formal development and falsifiable tests. The text is an invitation: if this worldview is wrong, it should be broken; if it survives, it may point toward a simpler grammar of physical reality. Note on formal work. Mathematical modeling and data-driven tests of TDE are pursued separately in dedicated technical documents.
