Abstract

This work presents a theoretical hypothesis on the origin of eukaryotic cells based on a proposed multi-lineage symbiotic fusion model (MLSF-1.0). The manuscript does not report new experimental or fossil data, but integrates existing evolutionary, genomic, and symbiogenetic evidence to propose a conceptual framework for understanding early eukaryogenesis and protist lineage diversification. This preprint is intended to stimulate discussion and future empirical testing.
