Description: Mean data (optical density measured at a wavelength of 450 nm; OD₄₅₀) across two technical replicate wells ± SD are plotted and compared with PRRSV-1 Olot/91 neutralizing antibody titers (ND₅₀) calculated from the same serum samples.
