Abstract

This record contains the preprint “Empirical Instantiation of Latent Regulatory Organisation Across Diary, EMA, and Cross‑Sectional Data” and its supplementary materials. The manuscript presents latent profile analyses (H1) and within‑profile stress reactivity models (H2) across three independent datasets: the MIDUS daily diary study, an EMA study on emotion regulation in daily life, and a cross‑sectional coping dataset. Supplementary materials include additional methodological details, full fit‑index tables for all candidate profile solutions, class‑characterisation tables for retained profiles, H2 stress‑slope estimates and pairwise comparisons, and figures visualising model‑selection patterns (BIC, entropy, and class sizes) for each dataset.Preregistration, de‑identified data, and analysis code for this study are openly available at OSF: https://osf.io/xs95y
