Abstract

Following de-glycosylation of soluble Glycosylated Protein 3 (sGP3), association with beads coated with Nickel ions (Ni²⁺) chelated (bound) by Nitrilotriacetic acid (Ni-NTA) or the CoPoP liposome was assessed by sodium dodecyl sulfate–polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and Coomassie staining. One µg of sGP3 was added to each condition. Association was determined by comparing flowthrough supernatant (SN) or Ni-NTA beads following mixture with either Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) or the CoPoP liposomes.
