Abstract
Expression was assessed by use of an anti-GP3 monoclonal antibody (mAb) by western blot analysis of cell lysate (A), or through flow cytometric staining (B). Cells transduced with saRNA expressing Gaussia luciferase saRNA were used in both assays as controls.
