Recombinant expression of porcine monoclonal antibodies (mAbs)

Expression of mAbs from transfected Expi293F cells was assessed by western blot (A). Representative gels comparing mAb 7 and a Nipah virus glycoprotein-specific control mAb as shown under reducing and non-reducing conditions (B, C). Some larger bands could still be detected, comparable to the non-reduced samples, likely suggesting that there had been incomplete reduction of the mAbs.
