Abstract

Multi‑Gradient Control Theory (MGCT) establishes the first control framework compatible with the 1‑5‑5‑5‑5 Stability Architecture. Conventional control methods isolate variables, override couplings, or destabilize system invariants, making them incompatible with multi‑domain systems that rely on nested shells and structured coupling boundaries. MGCT resolves this by defining a control law that preserves the invariant reference, maintains domain independence, respects coupling boundaries, and prevents shell collapse. The paper develops the mathematical structure of architecture‑compatible control, including:• block‑structured control inputs• gradient‑based steering laws• invariant‑preserving stability conditions• shell‑consistent evolution constraintsMGCT provides the general theory for manipulating multi‑domain systems without violating structural stability. It also forms the theoretical foundation of Domain‑Coupled Gradient Propulsion (DCGP), supplying the control logic required for gradient‑driven motion within the generative architecture.
