TessaM97/atoll-paper: Möller et al. 2026 (in review) — Half of atoll land becomes unsafe under half a meter of sea level rise due to wave-driven flooding

This repository provides Jupyter notebooks and scripts for the pre-processing of input datasets and the application of the BEWARE framework to estimate wave-driven flooding on atoll islands, as presented in Möller et al. (2026, in review), as well as the reef transects and Atoll Shapefiles. The repository uses the environment manager pixi to ensure reproducibility and compatibility of required packages. Transects and Shapefiles used in the study are included under data/Shapefiles.
