Abstract

This work is a conceptual bridge paper within the Binary-Constructivist Constraint Framework (BCCF). It links temporal accessibility limits in physical systems to the emergence of emotion, social regulation, and conceptual systems as necessary regulatory responses to unresolved admissibility under time constraints. The paper is non-empirical by design and explicitly declares the regime boundary at which categorical execution is structurally blocked due to observer embedding.
