Abstract

This paper is a conceptual extension within the Binary-Constructivist Constraint Framework (BCCF). It argues that language arises as a temporal coordination infrastructure when increasing temporal accessibility limits prevent admissibility from being resolved prior to action. Symbols, grammar, and meaning are treated as regulatory constraints that preserve resolved admissibility across delayed feedback and irreversible consequence, rather than as representational primitives. The work is non-empirical by design and explicitly halts at the observer-embedded regime boundary.
