Abstract

This work presents an axiomatic and geometric framework for understanding health as a recoverable steady-state of a strongly coupled system with slow variables. Rather than defining health through disease categories or short-term indicators, the model represents long-term system states through a small set of coupled ratios and their geometric configuration. Health is defined as a unique minimum-energy steady-state, while chronic deviation corresponds to persistence within higher-energy local equilibria. Recovery is characterized not by continuous intervention, but by the system’s ability to maintain stability after intervention ceases. This document is theoretical in nature. It provides no medical advice, clinical claims, or treatment recommendations. It is presented as a falsifiable conceptual framework inspired by geometry and systems theory.
