Institutions as Long-Horizon Persistence Engines Externalized Regulation Beyond Individuals in the Binary-Constructivist Constraint Framework
Abstract
This paper is a conceptual extension within the Binary-Constructivist Constraint Framework (BCCF). It argues that institutions arise as long-horizon symbolic persistence engines when temporal accessibility limits and agent turnover prevent symbolic coordination from remaining stable through interpretation alone. Institutions are treated as enforced symbolic regulators that preserve admissible action beyond individual lifespans, emotional states, and immediate social contexts. The work is non-empirical by design and explicitly halts at the observer-embedded regime boundary.
