Conceptual Systems and Ideology as Compressed History Constraint Caching Beyond Institutions in the Binary-Constructivist Constraint Framework
Abstract
This paper is a conceptual extension within the Binary-Constructivist Constraint Framework (BCCF). It argues that conceptual systems arise as compressed historical regulation when institutional enforcement and symbolic interpretation become temporally or cognitively inaccessible at decision time. Concepts are treated as low-cost caches of resolved institutional constraint, while ideology is identified as a limiting case in which compression exceeds adaptability, producing rigidity under changing conditions. The work is non-empirical by design and explicitly halts at the observer-embedded regime boundary.
